Please pass on a huge thank you to all the team for their contribution to making Laurie’s birthday party such a great success. The food was beautiful and there was plenty of it – in fact enough to help feed the people who returned for lunch on Sunday. The service was equally good. Our planned schedule ran a bit behind time but Horst and the team weren’t fazed at all; they just took it in their stride and moved the timing out to fit.
